Refund and Shipping Policy

Order Processing
Each Ultistock is made to order. Please allow standard processing time before shipment. You will receive a confirmation email once your order is being prepared.

Shipping
We currently ship within the United States through USPS. International shipping options will be added in the future. Orders to Canada are temporarily unavailable due to import restrictions on 3D printed components.

Returns and Exchanges
Because each item is custom-built, returns are accepted only for defective or incorrect items. If there is an issue with your order, contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the product.

Replacements and Parts
Replacement and upgrade parts are always available to help maintain or update your setup without needing to replace the full product.

Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, contact us right away. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
