Every Ultistock is 3D printed, hand assembled, and tested before shipping. We stand behind the quality of our craftsmanship and want every player to have a reliable experience.
Limited Warranty
We guarantee that each product will arrive free from defects in materials and workmanship. This warranty covers defects that occur under normal use and proper handling.
What Is Not Covered
This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, modification, or excessive force. Wear from regular use, cosmetic marks, or accidental damage are not included under warranty coverage.
Replacements and Repairs
If a part fails or arrives defective, we will work with you to provide a replacement or solution. Replacement parts are also available for purchase at minimal cost to help you maintain and upgrade your setup without replacing the entire stock.
How to Request a Replacement
To request a replacement or warranty review, contact us at brandondrums@gmail.com. Include your order number, a photo of the issue, and a short description of the problem. We will review your request and respond with next steps.
Processing Time
Replacement requests are typically reviewed within a few business days. Once approved, you will receive confirmation and shipping details for your replacement part.
